Deposit and Payment
• All rates are quoted in South African Rand and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing rate.
• Check in time is between 14h00 – 21h00, and rooms should be vacated by 11h00.
• A 50% deposit (of the total reservation value) is payable on booking to guarantee the reservation. Payment can be made by credit card, by EFT or through our online booking platform.
• Full payment is to be received 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation by the guest at least 30 days before the date of arrival, the guarantee deposit of 50% will be reimbursed.
• In case of cancellation by the guest between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the full reservation value will be retained by 12 Hofmeyr.
• In case of cancellation by the guest less then 15 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be retained by 12 Hofmeyr.
• In the event of premature departure the full value of accommodation as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

• Rooms are for double occupancy only.
• No pets are allowed.
• The rooms are strictly non-smoking.
• A baby cot is available for the White Room at no extra cost.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
